TEENS TECH CLUB (TTC)
The Teens Tech Club (TTC) is an initiative by Youth Promise Centre, developed in partnership with both primary and secondary schools. The club is designed for orphaned and vulnerable pupils and students who have an interest in digital literacy and technology.
Through TTCs, members gain access to valuable opportunities that support both their academic and personal growth. These include computer skills training, experiential learning tours, mentorship, sponsorship opportunities, and exposure to practical technology-based learning.
Each club is supported by Club Patrons, who are teachers within the respective schools. The patrons serve as the vital link between the school and Youth Promise C, coordinating club activities, overseeing member recruitment, and providing guidance to learners.
Over time, TTCs have contributed significantly to the academic performance, spiritual development, and leadership skills of participating learners. The program aims to nurture well-rounded, responsible young adults equipped with the skills and values needed to thrive in today’s digital world.
